• You may only register one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

• You must keep your account password confidential. 3vk accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

3vk reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the process is finalised.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3vk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through leading local payment channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as displayed at checkout.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed.
• 3vk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, ongoing investigation, or unmet wagering requirements attached to a bonus.

All transactions are processed in BDT. Currency conversion fees (where applicable for INR transactions) will be clearly indicated before you confirm a transaction. 3vk accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations after a transaction has been initiated.

Bonuses & Promotions

3vk periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Unless specifically stated, all bonuses carry a rollover (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated winnings remaining after the stated expiry date will be automatically voided without prior notice.
• 3vk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any abuse of promotional offers will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally eligible, subject to meeting the minimum deposit threshold displayed on the promotions page.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 3vk — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games such as Aviator, and card games — are governed by their individual game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not accepted as a basis for dispute resolution.

3vk employs certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all applicable games to ensure completely random and unbiased outcomes. Bets placed on live markets are subject to the relevant provider's feed. In the event of a technical error or service disruption during a game round, 3vk reserves the right to void affected bets. Settled bets that have been credited to your account will not be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a system error.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, no promotional communications will be sent.
• Time-out: A shorter cooling-off option of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days is available for players who want a brief break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

Account Termination & Suspension

3vk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account under any of the following circumstances, without prior notice and without liability:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions, including the provision of false registration information, underage gambling, or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, use of unauthorised software or bots, and money laundering.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe, or providing documentation that is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise invalid.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3vk, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from reliance on any information or content published on the site, interruption of service, data loss, or any technical fault.

3vk makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy or completeness of any game data, odds, or statistics, or the suitability of its services for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

Amendments to These Terms

3vk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 3vk platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the 3vk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3vk is incorporated.
